Finding The “Right” Therapist
Finding a good therapist can feel like an overwhelming task. However, it is worth the effort to connect with someone who is the right fit for you. There are a number of different factors you should consider such as area of expertise, cost, personality, and therapeutic approach. Here are some tips to help you find a therapist who can help you with your mental health needs.
1. Determine your needs

You can continue to search for other therapists knowing that you have other multiple potential options. Typically, the wait time for a therapist may be a few weeks to a few months.
